What NAVTTC is—and how it connects to overseas work.
NAVTTC is Pakistan’s national-level body for technical and vocational education and training. For a candidate planning work abroad, it is best understood as part of a larger chain: skills, standards, assessment, certification, recruitment, visa, and travel each have their own requirements.
Short version: NAVTTC can support training, standards, certification, and skill-verification pathways. It does not by itself issue every visa, provide every job, or replace the Saudi employer and overseas-employment process.

Overseas pathways
For Saudi-bound workers, the NAVTTC–Takamol Skill Verification Program is the most relevant testing pathway when the occupation is notified as mandatory.
NAVTTC was established as the apex TVET body in 2005. Its current public pages and legal materials should be checked for the latest structure, programs, and notices.

QUALIFICATIONS
NVQF gives skills a structured pathway.
The National Vocational Qualifications Framework is a competency-based framework used to describe what a learner can do, the knowledge behind it, the responsibility they can take, and the qualification level associated with that competence.
NAVTTC’s current dedicated NVQF material describes an eight-level framework. Candidates should use the current qualification and certificate-verification pages rather than relying on an old social-media graphic or an unverified equivalence claim.

Qualification is not the same as job eligibility.
A certificate can document learning or competence. An employer, Saudi authority, visa category, medical process, and recruitment channel may impose additional requirements.

Join an approved training program when you need structured instruction, supervised practice, and a qualification pathway.

Use prior learning
Explore Recognition of Prior Learning when you already have relevant informal or workplace experience and need it assessed.

Verify a skill
Use the applicable skill-verification service when the destination country or occupation requires competency confirmation before employment.

Find employment
Use the employer, licensed recruitment, visa, medical, and travel channels separately. A training page should never imply a guaranteed job.
